Cars smashed in Billericay
VANDALS smashed the windows of 16 cars during a rampage.
The attack happened overnight, from Friday night to Saturday morning, in the Langham Crescent area of Billericay.
Officers who came across the damaged cars are surprised no one reported hearing the glass being smashed.
They are now appealing for witnesses and urge anyone who heard anything or saw anything suspicious to call Billericay police on 0300 333 4444.

Im not surprised that nobody claimed to hear anything. When vandals went around my area of Billericay and stealing CD players from cars at nighttime, nobody raised an eyelid when the car alarms went off - they just looked out of the window saw it wasnt their car and went back to sleep!! Thats the modern world for you.

Billericay used to be such a nice town full of nice decent people but not anymore. It's now full of Basildon self employed builder/market trader types with pick-up trucks and expensive to run "ladies"
Hullbridge is going the same way
Cheers!
